Coastal Health Systems of Brevard is a private, not-for-profit, non-emergency, advanced and basic life support interfacility ambulance provider. Since 1988 our staff of trained professionals has safely transported hundreds of thousands of patients to and from various healthcare providers, playing a key role in Brevard County’s medical transportation system.

Coastal provides patient centered, compassionate care in an atmosphere of safety and professionalism, serving 7 hospitals, 21 skilled nursing facilities and a variety of other healthcare agencies in a 72-mile long and 13-mile wide community.

As the county’s exclusive provider of non-emergency ambulance service we bring to the community a company that is committed to excellence in medical transportation. From its team of highly skilled EMT’s and Paramedics ready to care for their patient’s needs, to the professional management team, our focus remains patient centered and safety driven from start to finish. Coastal is guided by the vision of senior healthcare executives from our local hospital systems and monitored by an exclusive franchise agreement and Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN) awarded by the Brevard County Board of Commissioners. Coastal invests heavily in itself through its personnel and equipment to maintain the highest level of quality and professionalism and also invests back into the community it serves through donations and community service projects.
